A festival unlike any other.
Earlier this year, Eric Church and Morgan Wallen announced that they had teamed up to buy the iconic outdoors brand Field & Stream. And in addition to bringing back the beloved print magazine, they also announced a brand new Field & Stream Music Fest.
The inaugural festival is scheduled for October 4-6 in Winnsboro, South Carolina, at Carolina Adventure World, which is a 3,000-acre adventure park located just off I-77 and a short drive from both Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC.
They’ve put together a killer lineup of some of the best in country music across multiple stages. The festival features headliners Eric Church, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Lainey Wilson, along with ZZ Top, Riley Green, Shane Smith & the Saints, Larry Fleet, Boy Named Banjo and a ton more.

But this ain’t your average music festival.
True to the brand’s roots, Field & Stream Music Fest is also offering attendees plenty of opportunities to get out and enjoy nature, including excursions like bass fishing, clay shooting, or even ATV adventures.
And they’ve also just announced some incredible additions to the festival to give nature enthusiasts even more options to celebrate the great outdoors.
The festival will feature several themed villages, each offering their own unique experience.
At the Ugly Stik Fish On America Village, festival goers will have the chance to immerse themselves in the world of fishing with tips from pro anglers, casting competitions, live demos, and opportunities to try out the latest gear. And because no day on the water is complete without cracking a cold one or twenty, the village will also feature the Yuengling Bar to make sure that you’re hydrated for the festival.
The festival will also feature the onX Hunt Village, which will include demonstrations from experts on outdoor technology and hunting. You’ll have the opportunity to check out the latest gear that will help you land that monster buck, or even take part in a cooking demo to help take your meals to the next level after a successful hunt. And there will be a Pup Parade taking place at the Gunner Kennels showcase, as well as Silencer Central Show Specials, activities from Ducks Unlimited, and a National Wildlife Turkey Federation showcase to round out the experience for the avid hunters.
Of course, with football season finally coming back around, the village I’m most excited about might be the GameWatch Football Showdown Village. This one is gives sports fans a place to gather to watch live games along with a fully stocked bar, plus a fan zone for team spirit activities. Just the perfect place to check on the game when you’re not watching the live music. What more could you ask for?
And the activities obviously won’t be limited to the villages. The Field & Stream Expo will feature immersive experiences throughout the festival, with industry professionals offering interactive demonstrations and exhibits for festival goers to check out. You’ll even be able to test your bow skills at the Total Archery Challenge Fun Shoot, check out the Berkley Bass Tank, or hang out at the Tavern After Party.
Oh, and as an added bonus, members of Field & Stream’s Premium 1871 Club, which celebrates the brand’s 150-year legacy, will have access to not only a members-only lounge with a private bar, but also a “secret show” featuring a surprise festival artist. (And it’s not too late to join the Premium 1871 Club to make sure you don’t miss out).
The festival has announced a lineup of all-star sponsors like Monster Energy, Mallard Bay, Sabo, Avid Sports, National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), Orion, Gunner Kennels, Moultrie, Ducks Unlimited, Silencer Central, Country Outdoors, Hobie Eyewear, Yuengling, Abu Garcia, and more, which will no doubt present a ton of opportunities for fans to engage with some of the biggest brands in food and beverage, as well as the outdoors.
The festival has really done a great job of bringing in something for everybody. Obviously there’s plenty to do if you’re into hunting and fishing, but even if you’re just interested in the music, there’s going to be plenty of other activities for you to enjoy too.
You can learn more and get your tickets at Field & Stream Music Fest’s website. There you’ll also find information on everything from the onsite parking and shuttles to offsite camping options, and of course have the opportunity to book your excursions before they sell out and plan for your time at the festival.
From the themed villages and the Field & Stream Expo to the excursions and the music, this festival is really setting the bar for providing an experience for fans unlike any other. It may ruin other music festivals for you, but it’s one you’re not going to want to miss.
