Mother Lets Kids In Park Ranger Outfits Play In Off-Limits Bacteria Mat In Yellowstone National Park

Here at Whiskey Riff, I’ve seen so many pictures and videos of moron tourists treating national parks like petting zoos and theme parks that I physically can’t count that high anymore.

Seriously, it’s like some tourists lost a billion brain cells as soon as they step foot into a national park. They’ll walk directly up to the wildlife in an effort to get a sick picture, and they end up messing around and finding out.

However, when it comes to moron tourists putting their kids in danger, these situations are a bit more rare, because most parents would NEVER put their kids in harm’s way, right?

Unfortunately, there are some tourists that put their kids in dangerous situations at national parks, and this image right here is the perfect example.

This dangerous scene went down at the Norris Basin in Yellowstone National Park. You can see two young girls wearing park ranger suits, and one of them was off the boardwalk, standing on the off-limits bacteria mats.

National parks make it very clear to stay on the boardwalks while crossing these areas, but apparently reading is difficult for some people.

And where is the mother at?

Just standing from the safety of the boardwalk.

The whole purpose behind the boardwalk is so that tourists don’t contaminate the natural water that lies beneath, as it is, you know… a nature preserve?

Just a bad look all around right here:
