It must be nice to be two-time Super Bowl winning quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Not only is he already in the conversation for one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time (at the age of 27), he’s also come into a good amount of flexibility financially thanks to his 10 year, $450 million dollar contract.
Add on top his many celebrity endorsements and other side deals, and it makes sense that he just finished building his dream home in Cass County, Missouri. The building process took around 3 years to complete after Mahomes and his wife Brittany bought the 8-acre plot of Kansas City land back in 2020.
It appears that it was long worth the wait, considering that the aerial view of the property is quite impressive. If the outside of the house is this lavish, I can’t imagine what the inside looks like.
Shots from above show that the Mahomes family decided to add some amenities to their new home, featuring a 50-yard football field (looks like it doubles as soccer field), a swimming pool, a private pond, and an entire golf hole (even though it looks to more like a putting green with a bit of fairway).
The football field will allow Mahomes an ease of access to practice and condition during the offseason, and it also includes a soccer net for his wife, who formerly played soccer and is a co-owner of the KC Current, a professional women’s soccer team in Kansas City.
Just take a look at the aerial shot of the property and tell me it’s not a sports fan’s paradise:
Why would you ever leave?
Imagine the house party that Mahomes and his wife can throw at their new estate. If the guests are made up of some of the star quarterback’s NFL teammates, they could run a couple of pick-up football games, do a good old fashioned closest to the hole competition on the Par 3, rip some lips in the private pond (surely it’s stocked), then finish off the day by relaxing by the pool.

Mahomes, his wife, and their two children are leaving behind their other luxurious Kansas City home and listing it for $2.9 million dollars.
The home they are leaving for this one is nothing to sneeze at (I’ve never really understood that phrase). Mahomes’ former estate boasted three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a wine room, a wet bar, and a pool with a hot tub.
Kansas City living for the Mahomes family seems to be quite alright…
