Kid Rock is at it again…
This past weekend, transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney revealed to her Instagram that Bud Light had sent her a beer can with her face on it to celebrate 365 days since she began her gender transition.
Mulvaney rose to fame on TikTok, documenting the transition with her 365 Days Of Girlhood video series.
The move was immediately met with a mixed bag of opposition, as well as praise and support, but one famed singer/songwriter made it crystal clear that he won’t be drinking Bud Light anymore…
And it was none other than Bob Ritchie himself, Mr. Kid Rock.
He posted a video to his social media platforms of him standing with his back to the camera with a backwards ball cap that read MAGA.
He then shared this message to Bud Light:
“Grandpa is feeling a little frisky today. Let me tell you as clear and concise as possible.”
You can then see Rock holding a rifle, when he proceeds to fire several rounds into a bunch of Bud Light cases that had been placed on a table by a river.
He then looked back at the camera and said:
“F*ck Bud Light and f*ck Anheuser-Busch.”
Yeah, if you were wondering how Mr. Rock felt about the situation, that should tell you all you need to know…
Naturally, the stunt drew a massive response, both in support, and in stark opposition:
This is why I love Kid Rock. 👏🏼

You are supposed to drink beer not shoot it. Relax dude. Why so angry? Why are y’all triggered by trans folks? Do you know trans people drink beer too? Are you aware irresponsible actions like this glorify gun violence? Find love in your heart for all.

That is literally the most pathetic temper tantrum I’ve ever seen.

As the kids say these day, “Go woke, go broke.”

This reminds me of the chuds who bought French wine for the sole purpose of pouring them out in the lead up to Iraq. If you buy Budlight to machine gun or drink it doesn’t make a difference to the company JFC.

According to Fox News, Bud Light responded to the outrage with the following statement:
“Anheuser-Busch works with hundreds of influencers across our brands as one of many ways to authentically connect with audiences across various demographics and passion points.
From time to time, we produce unique commemorative cans for fans and for brand influencers, like Dylan Mulvaney.
This commemorative can was a gift to celebrate a personal milestone and is not for sale to the general public.”
Wild times we’re living in, eh?
Kid Rock Says He’s Wants To Drink Beers With Barack Obama
Kid Rock… Obama guy?
It goes without saying that Kid Rock is one of the most polarizing entertainers in the entire music industry.
A “love him or hate him” kind of guy, there’s really not a lot of people who are on the fence about Kid Rock, and that’s part of what makes him entertaining in the first place.
His “don’t give a f*ck” attitude has found home with fans of rap, rock and country music, and his political leanings has found him fans on the right side of the aisle, as well as enemies on the left.
That being said, on a recent episode of Bill Maher’s Club Random podcast, Kid Rock said that he’s a fan of former President Barack Obama and would like to grab beers with him:
“I want to hang out with Obama and drink beer… I mean, there’s not a cooler… all the presidents that I’ve been able to meet, from Jimmy Carter up.
He can get down… I’d like to drink beer with him.”
He went on to say that he didn’t agree with all his policies, and didn’t vote for him, but admitted that he met him and performed at an inauguration party for the former President.
“I didn’t like a lot of his policies… I didn’t vote for him.”
But he went on to add that he was excited to meet him, and that he was an extremely cool guy:
“Obama’s a big deal, you know? It was a big deal for me too. I’m, like, ‘f*cking hope this motherf*cker gets it right because I ain’t voted for him.’
Michelle looked beautiful. Barack’s cool as a cucumber in a bowl of hot sauce.”
A well-known fan and friend of former President Donald Trump, Kid Rock admitted that he had lost friends over his endorsement of The Donald. Maher, who admittedly can’t stand Trump, and even called him a “whiney little b*tch,” also denounced losing friends over politics.
He says they’re not real friends:
“They weren’t friends. Let’s just not instinctively hate somebody because of who they are and what team they’re on. You can hate him… you can’t hate everybody who likes him.
“I will never understand why you like this whiny little b*tch…You’re such a real man, and he’s such a little b*tch.”
Clearly, these are two men with very different views on leadership, politics, and policy, however, you have to appreciate their willingness to put aside their differences, sit down, have a conversation, and not let their differences get in the way of their friendship and common ground.
Dare I say… refreshing?
