Jake Paul Takes Off Running When Confronted By Floyd Mayweather & Alleged “50 Dudes” at Miami Heat Game: “I’m Out That B*tch, I’m Not Dumb”

Jake Paul Floyd Mayweather

This confrontation won’t count as an official loss on Jake Paul’s fighting record, but I think it is safe to say that Floyd Mayweather came away as the winner in this one.

In the video from TMZ Sports, Jake Paul and what appears to be just one of his security guards can be seen being approached by Floyd Mayweather and his entourage. This all took place outside of Miami-Dade Arena following a Miami Heat game on Wednesday night.

After a couple of minutes of interaction, the YouTube-Star-turned-Boxer literally ran away from Floyd Mayweather and his group. Paul, who is known for his trash talking and confrontational personality, did not exactly back up his tough guy persona.

A witness to the altercation can be heard on the video saying:

“Look, he’s running! Jake Paul running champ! Why is he running?”

Maybe a decline in confidence is to blame after Jake Paul lost to Tommy Fury in an 8 round, split decision fight back on February 26th. The loss to Fury mark the first time that Paul has been defeated in his young boxing career.

Or maybe, Floyd really was rolling 50 deep and Jake wasn’t trying to catch a beatdown:

“Floyd Mayweather and 50 dudes pull up out of nowhere, out of like some side alley, waiting for me outside the stadium, and they’re like, ‘So what’s up? what’s all that talk now?’

First of all, what did I say to you Floyd? I just took your hat and you’re still mad about it? Come on, bro. And then 50 dudes literally start surrounding me to jump me… I’m out that b*tch, ok? I’m not dumb, I’m tough, I don’t need to prove my toughness… but I’m not trying to fight 50 dudes.”

Then again, Jake is a brilliant promoter, and so is Floyd Mayweather… take everything he does with a grain of salt.

Though it seemed that Jake didn’t have much to say during the in-person confrontation with Mayweather, he did take to Twitter later that night to respond:

Possibly a reasonable request from Paul as he was just trying to enjoy a Miami Heat basketball game, but the idea of a one-on-one boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Jake Paul does seem rather intriguing.

The pair have bad blood stemming back to a viral moment where Paul and Mayweather were seen in a verbal exchange at a pre-fight event for Mayweather’s exhibition match against Jake’s brother Logan Paul (also a YouTube-Star-Turned Boxer).

Both interactions between the two boxers have ended with Paul running away, but I think the boxing world wouldn’t mind seeing the feud settled in the boxing ring, where the cocky Jake Paul would have no choice but to stay put and fight.
