Lamborghini Spotted Driving Around Idaho With Mountain Lion Strapped To The Back

Cougar

This is a wild sight.

We’ve all seen something crazy while driving down the road, it doesn’t matter who you are.

I’ll never forget the time I was driving down the busiest road in my hometown a little after midnight, and saw somebody walking a horse down the sidewalk.

Or the time I was driving down that exact same road a couple years later, and saw a deer carcass strapped to the back of a moped, and the driver asked me why I was taking a picture. Why do you think?

Or… the time I was crossing the Florida state line and saw dude sitting on a lawn chair in the back of pickup, eating peanuts… just cruising at 65 miles per hour, not strapped into nothing.

The list goes on…

Needless to say, you never know what you’re gonna see whenever you get behind the wheel.

And this right here?

It just might top all of those scenarios.

A picture has gone viral on Reddit of a mountain lion tied to the back of a… Lamborghini?

I have so many questions right off the bat.

It all went down on a busy road in Idaho, where several people caught a glimpse of the wild scene, sharing it to Reddit, Twitter, Instagram and more.

After trying to figure out what was going on here, I discovered the driver of the vehicle to be Will Alt, a Montana “veteran, father & avid outdoorsman passionate about helping others get to the other side of hardship,” who posted a video of it all to his Instagram account.

It turns out, he had just had the mountain lion hunt of a lifetime, and although there aren’t many details, he shared in the Instagram post that as a result, he’ll be giving away a guided mountain lion hunt as well as a ride in the Lambo:

“Over 10 years pushing snow looking for that lion of a lifetime, 100 memorable trips with amazing friends, and it finally all came together after chasing this amazing lion for two weeks. I couldn’t be more grateful for the years of experiences leading up to this day.

With every adventure, we are dedicated to giving back to someone in need. We will be giving away a fully guided/outfitted mountain lion hunt in the upcoming Idaho 2023/2024 season to someone with a true passion for the outdoors, and can benefit from a life lifting experience like this.

We will also be providing a day at the track in the Lambo for a special car enthusiast and his or her family that needs a day of laughs and exhilarating speed at the track. If you know someone down on their luck, truly in need of either experience, please shoot me a message and our team will pick the two best candidates.

Be sure to follow and share with your friends so we can find the most deserving people out there for these adventures or future trips to come. Stay tuned for the full video of this action packed hunt on the The Other Side Ventures page.”

I guess we’ll see what ultimately comes out of this gesture, but until then… what a scene:

“We’re so thankful for everyone that has resonated with our mission, followed our page and shared Will Alt’s mountain lion hunt!

As a reminder, Will is giving away TWO life changing experiences to a couple deserving human beings. The deadline to nominate someone (or yourself), is this Thursday, 2/23! With every adventure, we are dedicated to giving back to someone in need.

Former Broncos DE Derek Wolfe Blasted For Hunting Mountain Lion

Derek Wolfe is a former defensive end who spent most of his career with the Denver Broncos.

But nowadays?

The guy is known for taking down MASSIVE mountain lions.

The former Super Bowl champ had been hunting a mountain lion since Tuesday in Colorado, after he had gotten a call that the creature had been terrorizing a rural neighborhood in the city.

The 32-year-old said that the mountain lion had killed a woman’s two dogs, and they were “nervous what he might do next.”

So, Wolfe set out to put an end to the killings and terrorizing, and sure enough, he got the best of the ginormous mountain lion.

He explained in an Instagram post:

“Late Tuesday night I got a call from Hunt Nest to see if I wanted to stalk a giant Tom (male mountain lion) who has been wreaking havoc in a rural neighborhood. He had already killed two of her dogs and was living under her porch, nervous what he might do next.

We found a fresh 4×4 mule deer he had just killed. We hiked straight up 2500ft and down the other side, then back up again, back down the other side and then back up again to 9600ft.

Exhausted, dehydrated, cramping I drew back my Hoyt bow and sent an Sevr Broadhead through him.

Then I had to crawl backwards down the mountain with him to get him to the truck I fell 10ft off a rock face on the way down lol. Any guess how big this thing was?”

Needless to say, it was a hero move by Wolfe, because who knows what more damage the mountain lion could’ve done.

Much respect.

Needless to say, the PETA dorks were out in full force, with some even going as far as to suggest that Derek should be hunted now.

Unreal…

Earlier this year, Wolfe was out duck hunting in Arkansas with Kid Rock and country singer Tim Montana:

Utah Hiker Has Close Encounter With Mountain Lion

Welp, that will most definitely get the blood pumping.

Another hiker in Utah documented a tense situation as he was stalked by a mountain lion while exploring Broads Fork Trail.

“I was hiking Broads Fork Trail up Big Cottonwood Canyon (a trail I’ve hiked frequently) when I heard noise behind me and I saw a cougar.”

That’s about the time you shit a brick.

He adds, “I faced the cougar and proceeded to back up and try to make myself big and talk calmly to the cougar.” After watching the video, I’m not totally sure this fella got the sound “big and calm” part down, but can you blame the guy?

He detailed how the encounter ended, saying:

“The cougar periodically would sprint at me and hiss and show its teeth. She probably was about 10 feet away at her closest.

The encounter lasted about 5 minutes and I have about 2 minutes of it on video. Eventually, she gave up pursuing me and I made it away safely.”

Maybe didn’t sound big and calm, but the guy didn’t get torn to pieces, so there’s a win…

Check it out.
