LSU Gymnast Olivia Dunne Has Reportedly Been Banned From TikTok, Account Disappears

It’s no secret that LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne is arguably the most famous college aged influencer at the moment.

Initially gaining her popularity from TikTok, the 20-year-old is making a whopping 7 figures in NIL money at LSU, with her 2.7 million followers on Instagram, and 6.6 million followers on TikTok.

She is reportedly the highest paid female athlete in colleges sports.

Her popularity has gotten so insane, that LSU has been forced to hire a security guard to follow them around, just to keep creepy fans away.

We all saw the wild scene when LSU traveled to Salt Lake City, Utah to take on the University of Utah in a gymnastics meet:

The mother of Utah gymnast Jillian Hoffman even took to Facebook to share how disrespectful the scene was for all the other athletes competing, including her daughter:

“I am a mother of a Utah gymnast, as we were walking to the car the group swarmed my daughter and her teammate. They literally said to their faces, you are not Livvy but you will do, can we get a picture. (The group) also called my daughter Livvy 2.0. They were so rude and disrespectful. It was very hard for mama bear not to come out.”

(Jillian and her teammate) were approached by a large group of teenage boys, disappointed that LSU had already left the arena and they wouldn’t be getting the photos of their dreams.

They did not know the girls names. They just wanted photos with gymnasts and were disrespectful in the things they were saying. End of story!”

After Hoffman’s mom made the comments, Dunne took to Twitter to address the situation, saying:

“I will always appreciate and love the support from you guys, but if you come to a meet, I want to ask you to please be respectful of the other gymnasts and the gymnastics community as we are just doing our job”

Olivia herself even had to get involved, sending out a tweet saying:

“I will always appreciate and love the support from you guys, but if you come to a meet, I want to ask you to please be respectful of the other gymnasts and the gymnastics community as we are just doing our job”

Needless to say, things have been crazy here lately for Dunne.

However, she’s recently hit the headlines again, after her TikTok account, which began her rise to fame in the first place, mysteriously disappeared.

According to BroBible, all of her videos that she’s posted since August disappeared last night, which Olivia called a “glitch.”

She then retweeted this tweet saying that she was allegedly banned from the platform:

And now, her TikTok account is completely gone.

You can’t find her account anywhere, and all that pops up are some of her fan accounts.

However, her Instagram is still up at the moment:

So, the million dollar question is…

What the hell happened to her TikTok?

I guess we’ll be finding out more here soon…

In the meantime, Olivia has reportedly returned to practice after she has been sidelined with an injury the past few weeks.

Geaux Tigers…

UPDATE: She’s Back

The glitch is over and her account has returned to TikTok.

And if you’re wondering why this is even news, the fact of the matter is that she is one of the highest paid NIL college athletes in the world right now, and TikTok is her main source of audience.

If her platform goes away, so does her income stream.

And in a sport such as gymnastics, without many long-term financial plays like college football players have with the NFL, getting her money now is pretty damn important to her.

So, all her loyal fans, and Livvy herself, can breathe a collective sigh of relief.
