New England Patriots Fan Who Showed Incredible Restraint While Being Berated By Raiders Fan, Gets Free Tickets To Next Pats Game

Incase ya missed it, a video went viral after the New England Patriots vs. Las Vegas Raiders game this past Sunday.

And the video?

Well, it was a Patriots fan who showed incredible restraint as an obnoxious Karen kept giving him the business after the Pats lost in one of the worst ways possible.

With the game tied 24 to 24, it appeared that the game was headed straight to overtime, and we had one heck of a game on our hands.

However, the Pats decided to try and pull off the most questionable play I’ve ever seen, trying to lateral the ball and try to score a touchdown as time expired.

And of course, it backfired incredibly when wide receiver Jakobi Meyers decided to try and lateral the ball 30 yards behind him to quarterback Mac Jones, and tossed a woefully underthrown ball right to Raiders defender Chandler Jones. He snagged the ball out of the air, and took it all the way to the end zone for a Raiders last second 30-24 victory.

Yeah, as you can imagine, Patriots fans were probably having to be calmed down left and right after that one.

But as you can see in the video, this woman goes on and on and on, making a complete fool of herself and giving Raiders fans an even worse look than they already have.

Needless to say, that guy deserved an award for being able to control himself, and not go off on the obnoxious woman.

And speaking of that, he actually is getting rewarded for his restraint.

NFL Insider Field Yates tweeted out that the Pats fan is Jerry Edmund, and Pats owner Robert Kraft saw the video, and decided to reward him:

“Jerry Edmund, the Patriots fan in this video below, will be in attendance this Saturday when the Patriots host the Bengals.

Robert Kraft saw this video and invited Edmund as a guest to the game. He’ll also be on the field during pre-game warm-ups. Classy gesture by Kraft.”
