It doesn’t even look real…
Oh, but it is completely real.
A full grown adult grizzly bear in Alaska walking up and having a seat right next to you seems like something that might haunt your nightmares, but this fella appears to be pretty friendly… for now.
A bear that can weigh up to 1,500 pounds and is incredibly territorial especially near food sources is not the type of animal I want to come sit next to me.
According to KXRB, Drew Hammond, a nature photographer, who was out in Alaska trying to get a glimpse of some wildlife when he came face to face with a monster of a grizzly.
Hammond was near a river, taking photos of other grizzlies catching salmon, when this brute walked up and popped a squat right next to him. And he managed to keep the camera rolling.
The bear lets out a yawn and then starts to pant a little bit as he looks out across the river.
I would shit my pants… way too close for comfort. I don’t know how the video is so steady, I would have been shaking the whole ground.
The grizzly truly doesn’t seem concerned of the human in its area at all, it’s just checking out the area and standing there.
I mean, just look at the size of its head.
Eventually it gets up and walks behind Hammond who flips the camera around and is seemingly not nervous about a grizzly bear going behind him. As the camera pans to the river you notice a whole bunch of grizzlies feeding in the river.
Perhaps the abundance of salmon in the area has allowed the grizz not to think twice about the Hammond, but still… what if one of them decide it doesn’t want salmon, or thinks you want his salmon? Now, you’re the meal…
Hammond is dedicated to the wildlife photography but you have to imagine this is some of the best stuff he’s ever got.
Lake Tahoe Man Comes Face To Face With MASSIVE Bear Under His Deck
A Lake Tahoe man (with balls of steel) came face to face with a bear hiding underneath his deck.
Pissed off, grunting, exhaling heavily and even taking a few swipes towards the camera, this bear could strike at anytime, and I can’t see how that would go well for our camera man…
I literally thought he had the camera on a stick or a string or something at the beginning because there was no possible way a person would be filming this close to a corned bear.
“Our dogs found a bear under our deck. I decided to video scaring bear back to the meadow from where he came.”
But when the bear finally comes out, he leaves our homeowner with a hilarious partying gift…
A big ol’ “F you” deuce right before he walks out of the yard… CLASSIC.
But wait, there’s more.
The dude had what appears to be the SAME bear under his deck a second time, and once again, he flips on the camera and gets all up in the bear’s kitchen.
Sam grunting, same swatting…. the guy just LOVES rolling the dice with his life.

Grizzly Bear Gets On Hood Of Tourist’s Car At Yellowstone National Park
Front row seat.
Grizzly bears are an absolutely massive killer of an animal. They are giants compared to humans. The average bear comes in around 700-pounds while males can push over 1,500-pounds.
This among many other reasons is why humans should avoid them at all costs. They can be a bit unpredictable if you’re close to their young or a food source and they get highly defensive in those situations. Their defensive style includes being incredible offensive and using their size. They will literally beat you around and stomp on you.
The grizzlies in this video are on the younger side, they probably just left their mother not long ago and this is why they are so curious as they try to figure out the world. But people don’t realize these things and think it’s an amazing idea to get as close as possible for a good video.
The two grizzlies are seen on the far side of another car. My first question would be where’s the driver of that…
They are clearly curious and hoping to take advantage of dumb tourists and get some tasty free food.
The grizzly is seen standing up and putting its front paws on the car and looking into it. This ain’t his first rodeo, it knows all the goods are on the inside.
The people filming are laughing and going on all happy until it starts towards their vehicle. A woman is heard telling her kids to get in the car.
They scramble their way in and get the car doors shut just as the bear gets to their car.
“You guys, come on get up on my car”
“Oh my, THERE’S A BEAR ON MY CAR”
As the bear stands up on the hood everyone freaks out. It’s at this moment you realize how big even a young grizzly is and all I can say is ‘no thanks’.
The kids are almost acting like its an amusement ride at first, laughing and giggling. That quickly changes as the bear continues to look into the car. They start to squirm a little bit and I hate to say, but I kinda like the little bit of panic. This is why you enjoy from afar.
The bear gets down eventually after deciding it didn’t need to rip a car up on that day. The people don’t leave, so really they didn’t learn any lesson. There’s more tourists within 50-yards outside of the car, there are stupid people everywhere.
They oughta have an entrance exam for these parks…
