Luke Combs Premieres “Tomorrow Me” From His Upcoming Studio Album, ‘Growin’ Up”

The moment of truth…

Luke Combs has been teasing songs like crazy over the past year or so, probably more than just about anybody in the business. After the wild success of his debut album, This One’s For You, and follow up, What You See Is What You Get, so naturally the hype for LC3 is through the roof.

Titled Growin’ Up, it’s set to drop on June 24th, and today, we finally have a taste of the new album with the release of “Tomorrow Me.”

Needless to say, Luke is pumped to get this one out:

“I’ve been working on this album on and off for two and a half years now. It was sort of a crazy process through what COVID brought, and what that meant for our touring life last year.

It made me have to put a pause on this album for a second, but I’m just really stoked that it’s finally coming out. Working with Chip Matthews and Jonathan Singleton as a producer has been really great and I think that the fans are going to love these songs.

I’m just excited to get them out and see what they think.”

A song Luke has played here and there for a while now, it’s an introspective look at that late night call from ex, but whereas most people want to have the fun and deal with the consequences in the morning, “Tomorrow Me” doesn’t want to play the fool.

Written by Luke Combs, alongside Ray Fulcher and Dean Dillon, here’s a look the chorus:

“Because tomorrow me ain’t gonna like the way things go tonight
If I let you in and think that it’ll be different this time
So maybe we should let yesterday be
Cause I gotta live with tomorrow me…”

Check it out:

“Excited to share the album cover with y’all! Title of the album is Growin’ Up and will have 12 songs. Can’t wait for y’all to hear the full thing on June 24.”
