Calling all Whiskey Riffers.
We’re officially putting out the bat signal and looking to add more talented and funny people to the Whiskey Riff team.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for talented writers, meme makers, tweeters and content creators with their finger on the pulse of all things country music and lifestyle. That includes, but is not limited to topics like:
AND funny stuff that all your friends would get a huge kick out of. If you can provide expert analysis on a couple of drunk hillbillies throwing hands in the woods, or find some heartwarming videos about soldiers coming home to their dogs, we like that too.
We’re looking for writers who can consistently provide creative, thoughtful and engaging commentary on the world of country music and lifestyle, from someone who understands the voice and the audience of Whiskey Riff. If writing articles isn’t your thing, there are also tons of ways to help with our booming social media channels or even Whiskey Riff Shop.
We want hot takes, bold opinions, funny commentary and completely original ideas. What we don’t want is the same generic, boring, cookie cutter content that clogs up your newsfeed everyday. Also, consistency is KEY. If you can only write one blog a week, this isn’t the gig for you.
Do I get paid?
Yes, of course you get paid (you’ll get paid weekly). All contributing writers get paid per article. The more blogs you can crank out, the more money you’ll get paid. It’s that simple. If your content is engaging and you’re consistent, that price will go up quickly. And in the event that you absolutely crush it, there is always the possibility that this could turn into a full time job really soon.
Whether you’re a college student looking for a great internship, or someone with a full time gig looking for a creative outlet, this is a great way to earn some extra cash while also having fun doing it.
