Nashville Has a New Dolly Parton-Inspired Rooftop Bar and Restaurant – White Limozeen

That’s a LOT of pink.

Nashville has a new rooftop bar and restaurant opening this week (hell of a time to try and open a new bar or restaurant) – and I have a feeling bachelorette parties are going to flock to this one.

White Limozeen, named after the Dolly Parton song and album from 1989, is opening this week on the rooftop of the Graduate Hotel in Midtown. Featuring indoor and outdoor seating, as well as an outdoor pool, the place looks like something straight out of a 1970’s Barbie commercial (or a Dolly Parton music video), complete with pink…well, everything. The barstools, the couches, the walls, the patio umbrellas – all pink. Hell, it even looks like there’s pink in most of the food.

The menu seems to be your typical trendy Nashville-flared offerings, with options like mussels steamed in Nashville hot butter, an $18 cheese plate and a white bread burger that somehow has both brie and something called “mustard mayonnaise.” As for drinks, the cocktail menu features some fancy cocktails (crafted by Demi Natoli, formerly of high-end cocktail bar The Patterson House located just a few blocks away and Chicago’s popular Lost Lake) including a frozen Aperol spritz and champagne Jello shots.

But in addition to the cocktail list, the bar has a pretty impressive offering of whiskeys, to go along with their two-page wine menu.

The bar and restaurant, which calls itself “kinda fancy-ish, kinda classy-ish,” will be opening at 50% capacity at first due to COVID-19 restrictions, and is now accepting reservations on Resy.

I can definitely see this place becoming a favorite of bachelorette parties looking for some pool time during their trips to Nashville, so if you’re planning to visit (and like the color pink), White Limozeen may be the place for you.

Straight outta 1989.
