He continues giving back to music programs across the country.

During his massive 2026 Still The Problem tour, Morgan Wallen made it a point to put his charitable efforts at the forefront throughout the run via his Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF), which supports youth music and athletic programs and gives communities access to essentials in times of crisis.

He donated money or musical instruments to schools in or near all of the cities he stopped at on this run, and those donations enabled MWF to donate over $1 MILLION worth of instruments to 26 schools in need across U.S. touring cities. As usual, Morgan donated a portion of every ticket sold to his foundation, which helps make huge donations like that possible.

Of course, throughout the tour, several different moments became huge headlines, but one of the biggest stories of the tour has to be how much he’s given back to each city he toured in, which included 12 North American stadiums like Bryant-Denny Stadium, Soldier Field, U.S. Bank Stadium, Allegiant Stadium, Michigan Stadium, University of Clemson’s Memorial Stadium and Lincoln Financial Field.

It was a massive run, likely a record-breaking run in terms of how much money he generated, and today, you can add another school to the list of recipients of new instruments thanks to Morgan and his foundation.

The Scarlett Middle School Bands department, along with their directors, Caroline Fitzgerald and Amanda Blackson in Ann Arbor, Michigan received $30,951 in instruments, after being selected by  The Morgan Wallen Foundation, along with the Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation.

Morgan performed at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor on July 24th and 25th, and Scarlett Middle School now has brand new instruments in 5 bass clarinets, 3 alto saxophones, 4 pairs of marimba yarn mallets and 4 pairs of vibraphone yarn mallets.

Kimberly Coulson-Mobley, Fine Arts and Special Area Coordinator, thanked Wallen for his generous donation:

“Thank you, Mr. Wallen and Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation, and congratulations to Ms. Fitzgerald, Ms. Blackson, and the Scarlett Middle School Band Program!”

It’s no secret that funding for music and arts programs are often the first to see cuts, and so it’s really cool to see Morgan put such an emphases on that and do a lot to help give kids a chance to learn and fall in love with music… you never know how it could impact the next “Morgan Wallen.”

Clearly, music has meant a lot to him, and the Morgan Wallen Foundation has done a whole lot of good for children all over the country this year, and that should be celebrated just as much as all of his record-breaking, sold-out shows. This is just another example of how he’s giving back, and I know there are passionate young artists all over the country who will benefit greatly because of it in terms of being able to fully embrace their love for music with brand new instruments.

Morgan has teasing the next era of music since this tour wrapped up, releasing the first single of a forthcoming (still unannounced album) in July called “Been By Now”:

He was also featured on the new Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album tracklist, releasing a new song called “Last Thing You Need” in September:
