Making plenty of headlines already on her tour.

Kacey Musgraves kicked off her Middle of Nowhere Tour on Friday at the United Center in Chicago, after cancelling the original opening night in Chicago along with three other scheduled shows.

Despite delaying the start of the tour, Kacey managed to get plenty of attention after going viral for flying around the arena on…a giant ballsack.

Kacey joked that the “disco balls” were “what it looks like when no one tells me no,” while also revealing that her grandmother was at the show to witness it firsthand:

“It takes a lot of balls to get up here and do what I do every night. It takes two gigantic, anatomically correct sparkly balls.

I’ve actually got my Nana in the house tonight, and she always told me, ‘Honey, if you’re gonna do something, do it big, do it sparkly.’ Nana is this what you had in mind?”

But in that same show, Kacey took some time to get serious and address the crowd about immigrant, urging her fans to donate in honor of her birthday to an organization that helps the children of immigrants who she says have been “deported unfairly.”

“It’s a wonderful organization, and they help give aid, legal aid, and money to children whose parents have been deported unfairly. It’s not a political thing, it’s just these kids need help.”

The organization Kacey was referring to is the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, a Chicago-based foundation which “advocates for unaccompanied and separated immigrant children in government custody.” And it’s not the first time Kacey has thrown her support behind the organization: In April she partnered with fashion marketplace Depop to sell pieces from her wardrobe, including clothing worn in music videos and on tour, with the proceeds being donated to the Young Center.

Of course Kacey has plenty going on in her own career right now…including a brand new product to help in the bedroom.

The country singer has partnered with wellness brand Medicine Mama to launch her own “intimate care” product called Drought Drops, inspired by her song “Dry Spell.”

The horny song dropped back in March, and finds Kacey reflecting on her own sexual frustrations…as in, she wasn’t getting any:

It’s been a real long three-hundred and thirty-five days
And the last time, it wasn’t good anyway
I’m so lonely, lonely with a capital ‘H’
If you know what I mean, I’ve been sitting on the washing machine”

The lube is a take on Medicine Mama’s own lubricant Intimate Glide, but features Kacey’s own flirty branding and special-edition packaging.

The company, which specializes in “clinically tested innovations in female hygiene and pleasure,” says they were inspired to partner with Kacey because of her openness about intimate issues.

According to CEO and founding Chief Medical Officer Clare Bertucio:

“We’ve always believed intimate care deserves the same openness, care and attention as every other part of our health and belongs in our daily routines. Kacey has a unique ability to make deeply personal conversations feel universal, bringing honesty, humility and even a little humor to topics that are often left unsaid. Those same values have been at the heart of Medicine Mama since Day One.

Together, we’re helping make intimate wellness feel less stigmatized, more approachable and maybe even a little more fun. We couldn’t imagine a better partner for this collaboration.”

And Kacey says the product is designed to help fans avoid their own “dry spells.”

“Drought Drops is a cheeky little wink to my song, combined with a great product from Medicine Mama. Hopefully it keeps the dry spells away and the good times coming.”

Helping you have better sex, advocating for the children of immigrants and flying around on a ballsack. Safe to say nobody’s doing it like Kacey right now.
