Get excited.
Despite not releasing a full-length album for the first time in four years, 2025 has undoubtedly been one of the wildest years on record for Zach Bryan. In between scoring major career milestones, such as selling his catalog for a staggering $350 million dollars and becoming the eighth highest-selling country artist of all time according to the RIAA, the “Something in the Orange” singer has still managed to find himself in a whole bunch of ongoing drama.
Even ignoring all of the aftereffects of his messy, public breakup with Barstool’s Brianna Chickenfry from last year, Bryan managed to find himself in the crosshairs of plenty throughout 2025. Beyond stirring up criticism after telling a 14-year-old fan to “GOMD” (get off my d*ck) after failing to meet with fans after his second of three nights at MetLife Stadium, he would also attempt to fight Gavin Adcock at Born & Raised Festival after months of prodding from the “Never Call Again” singer. And finally, he found himself at odds with the White House itself after teasing his highly-controversial song taking aim at ICE, “Bad News.” Long story short, it’s been a year full of ups and downs for Bryan, especially in the public eye.
After recently going public with the fact that he has now gone sober and is currently working on his mental health, Bryan is seemingly gearing up for what can only be described as his biggest year yet, not only plotting a massive set of international dates, With Heaven On Tour, for 2026 but also releasing his sixth studio album, With Heaven On Top, at the beginning of the year on January 9th.
With time slowly ticking down to the release of With Heaven On Top, Bryan took to Instagram Friday afternoon to officially announce that he’s done recording the project. Posting a photo of his microphone with a sock on it as a make-shift mic-cover, Bryan would caption it:
“Album finally done / recorded [the] whole thing through a sock / see you January 9th”

Not to be outdone, the “Something in the Orange” singer would take to Instagram once again Saturday evening to drop a lengthy teaser of the album.
Including everything from clips featuring Guy Fieri with the band to performing alongside Evan Felker and the Turnpike Troubadours to running with bulls during his trip to Spain over the summer, Bryan would preview a staggering 21 songs that are seemingly on With Heaven On Top’s tracklist.
Right off the bat, it’s been confirmed that highly-anticipated songs that have been teased in concert, such as “In Dreams” and “Plastic Cigarette,” will be featured on With Heaven On Top. Notably (and most controversially), Bryan’s aforementioned “Anti-ICE” song, “Bad News,” which caught the attention of both the DHS and the White House itself when it was teased in the fall, will also make an appearance on the record.
Additionally, a plethora of viral, recently-teased songs like “Santa Fe,” “Cannonball,” “Miles” and “You Can Still Come Home” have all made the tracklist.
Interestingly, “Ninth and Pine,” a song that was teased all the way back in September 2024 and seemingly written for Brianna Chickenfry, has made the album. Given when the song was written and the fact that many fans thought it would be scrapped after the aforementioned breakup, the track is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated on the project for diehard fans of the Oklahoma native.
Finally, it’s been all but confirmed that some speculated songs released throughout 2025, such as “Bowery” featuring Kings of Leon, “Madeleine” featuring Gabriella Rose and the three tracks featured on July’s Streets of London EP, will not make appearances on With Heaven On Top.
Though it’s a bit hard to tell due to the short length of the snippets and some songs not officially being titled, here is a potential tracklist for With Heaven On Top, judging solely on everything included on this weekend’s Instagram post.
