The Jelly Roll arc continues to be up and to the right.

Everyone and their mother was on hand at Madison Square Garden last night for UFC 309 featuring a  heavyweight matchup between the highly decorated Jon “Bones” Jones and former two-time champ Stipe Miotic.

And while everyone was there to watch the fights, the 47th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, might’ve stole the show. Flanked by his team of political Avengers including Elon Musk, Bobby Kennedy Jr., the great Tulsi Gabbard, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Mike Johnson, as well as good friends Dana White and Kid Rock, the crew entered to thunderous applause.

And country music’s own Jelly Roll was in the crowd as well, who gave a nod to the Donald before he went to greet podcast host and UFC commentator, the great Joe Rogan.

Jelly was smiling ear to ear as Trump walked by, and that smile grew even bigger when he got a chance to meet him. Kid Rock seems to swoop in and give Jelly the stamp of approval. I would love to know what is said during these interactions.

Jelly Roll has become one of the biggest names in mainstream country music lately, had the #1 album in the genre for the past few weeks, and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. And what’s more, a connection with Donald Trump could be positive for Jelly Roll’s mission to help prisoners. An ex-convict himself, Jelly Roll is constantly finding ways to give back, encourage and help the prison community, but who knows… maybe this can open a door to some serious prison reform.

Jon Jones knocked out Stipe Miocic with a brutal liver shot to cap off his epic return to the UFC, and hit the signature Trump YMCA dance to celebrate, before giving 47 a point and a thumbs up.

He then presented the Donald with his Heavyweight championship belt:
