Gonna be a rough four years, fellas.
The dust is just now settling on the 2024 presidential election, which saw former President Donald Trump pull off his political comeback to defeat Vice President Kamala Harris and become the first president since Grover Cleveland in 1893 to win two non-consecutive terms in the White House. And of course, everybody is taking it well and being perfectly rational over on social media.
Just kidding, it’s a mess.
Of course Trump voters are taking a victory lap, but on the other side of the aisle…well, a lot of Harris supporters aren’t taking it well.
It seems like everybody lives in an echo chamber these days, so despite all of the warnings about how close the election was going to be and the polls showing razor-thin margins, many on the left had convinced themselves that there was no chance Trump would win on Tuesday.
Well after being blindsided, it seems that folks are handling the defeat…in their own ways.

But apparently one popular trend that’s going around among Harris supporters is vowing to join the “4B movement.”
Now, if you’re like me you’ve probably never heard of the 4B movement before. But it’s seemed to become a big thing over on TikTok, so I decided to look into it to see what it was all about.
As it turns out, this particular movement has been around for a while, and it first started in South Korea. And basically, it means that women are vowing to withhold sex from men for the next 4 years.
The rise in women promising not to put out until Trump is out of office is obviously because of the whole debate over abortion. Despite the fact that the issue is now decided in the states, and that the number of abortions actually INCREASED after Roe v. Wade was overturned, some are convinced that their lives are now in danger if they get pregnant and aren’t able to have an abortion – so they’re just not going to have sex for four years.
The four pillars of the “4B movement” are:
- No sex with men
- No giving birth
- No dating men
- No marriage with men
And it seems the idea has become popular with women over on TikTok:

And this woman took it a step further, going full Britney Spears 2007 and shaved her head to demonstrate that she would no longer “cozy up to the white man” or something like that.

Yep, totally normal reaction.
But anyway, if your wife or girlfriend voted for Harris, just know that you may be in for a long four years.
