I don’t know if this guy had a plan at all when he “got into the ring” with an angry ram. If his goal was to look like an ass while getting put on his ass (over and over again), he accomplished that with flying colors. Emphasis on the flying part, since the man was soaring and flipping through the air multiple times in the clip.
The ram had the guy on his heels the entire time. After every hit, the man would try to get back on his feet, but he couldn’t ever gather himself in the time. This ram had his number, and made sure to knock him back on his butt without ever showing any mercy… until the guy finally wised up and ran away.
Try to ignore the over-the-top laugh track overlayed on the video so you can fully enjoy the stupidity of the man who thought he could take on a ram:

What an idiot.
He was definitely selling some of the big hits (like he was trying to get a ref to call a foul), but even with the extra flare, the ram was absolutely dominating the face-off. Social media users that caught the clip loved that the wild animal was in control, and like me, seemed to be rooting for the ram:
