Jimmie Allen has had a lot going on lately. Back in April of last year, the pop country singer announced that not only was he expecting his third child with his wife, Alexis Gale, but the couple also announced that they were splitting up. And shortly after, Allen was hit with not one but two lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, one from his former manager and another from a woman that he met while on a plane.
Allen was subsequently dropped by his record label, and the singer filed countersuits against both woman who had accused him of assaulting them. The lawsuit from his former manager was settled this week, but the second lawsuit is still pending.
In October, Allen had his third child with his wife, a son named Cohen, and the couple were reportedly still together and trying to work things out.
But it turns out not only is Allen a father to the three children with Alexis, as well as an older son named Aadyn from a previous relationship. The singer revealed on Instagram last week that he actually has six children, including two who apparently were born during his relationship with his wife.
Allen posted a slideshow on his Instagram story featuring all of his children, including Aadyn and his three children with his (estranged?) wife, Naomi, Zara and Cohen. But he also revealed that he has two other children, Amari and Aria. And now we’re learning more about the young twins.
According to a report by the Daily Mail, the baby mama to Allen’s twins is a fan named Danielle Rice, who filed for divorce from her husband in Pennsylvania in November of 2022 – and gave birth to the twins 8 months later.
The now-nine month old twins were also born just 3 months after Allen and his wife announced that they were separating.
The Daily Mail sources claim that both Allen and Rice were “separated” from their significant others at the time the twins were conceived.
Rice has apparently been a fan of Allen for quite awhile: Back in 2018, she posted a picture with the singer after the show with the caption “So much love for this guy.”
She also posted a picture with Allen in 2019, with the singer liking both of the Instagram posts. And in July of 2023, she first posted photos with her newborn twins.
A spokesperson for the woman told the Daily Mail that the two had been friends for nearly a decade before their twins were born:
“Danielle and Jimmie have enjoyed a friendship for over nine years before they conceived their kids. At the time of the romance, Jimmie and his wife Alexis were not together.”
Other than his Instagram post announcing his children, Allen has not commented on the alleged affair, though his wife Alexis did seem to respond to the news on her own Instagram story.
After Allen posted the photos of his children, Alexis posted a cryptic video shaking her head and saying that she didn’t “have anything to say.”
“Those lies will always catch up to you. What’s done in the dark will come out in the light, so keep playing.”
She then posted another video:
“People tell on themselves. They show you who they are. They always expose themselves. You don’t have to do a single thing. Ever. Something always comes out, and it just happens naturally.”
What a mess.
