Country music might not be her trade, but if you’re stepping foot in Robert’s Western World, you best be ready to sing some.

Indie pop singer Lana Del Rey stopped by the iconic Broadway bar, and of course, once bargoers recognized the singer, she was asked to get on stage to sing a few.

Lana Del Rey gives a nod to a classic country classic, singing “Stand By Your Man” by Tammy Wynette.

“Great to have the fabulous Lana Del Rey take the stage with Timbo Lo for a wonderful rendition of Tammy Wynette’s “Stand By Your Man.” Just another Sunday night at Robert’s. You never know.”

The singer’s whimsical vocals complement the ’60s classic perfectly.

The Western World band was also star-struck that Lana stepped foot in the honky tonk.

“Shoot, what a week man!

I feel blessed anyone comes out and hangs with little ole me on our Sundee nites when we are in town- or anywhere else! And especially down at all of ours’ favorite honky tonk down on the strip.

Even more so when our fellow sangin’ pickin pals in town will come out & share a tune with the gang.”

Of course, Sturgill Simpson stopped in last week so Robert’s has been on quite the run lately.

After Nikki Lane introduced Lana Del Rey to the stage, she chatted with Timbo to get a song set in motion, and she stepped up the mic like she had been singing classic country for years.

A classic country cover from Lana Del Rey in the future could be incredible…
