Is it getting hot in here?

The Santo, Texas, native Grant Gilbert is back with a steamy new single, “Turn It Down.”

The sensual song addresses relationship struggles, longing, and desire and how some good ole lovin’ can shake away anything going on. Gilbert pulled out an all-star lineup for the single, co-written by Eric Church guitar player Driver Williams, Arkady Gelman, and country superstar Lainey Wilson; Jonathan Singleton produced the single.

“Turn It Down” highlights a side of Gilbert that fans have yet to see. It’s tantalizing and scandalous in all of the best ways.

“All the bitchin and complainin’/Just up and goes away when
We’re shaking the foundation of this house
So lay that lovin’ on me /You always know the right thing/
To turn a hell of a bad day around /When it comes to your love baby I can’t
Turn it down”

Gilbert is releasing this single coming off the high of his single “Six Pack State Of Mind,” which hit number one on the Texas Regional Radio chart this week.

He teased “Turn It Down” quite a bit across social media platforms, which makes me think fans could play the fire out of this one… potentially leading to another chart-topping hit.

Gilbert weighed in on the new single:

“This song is different than the tracks I’ve cut before. It’s moody, bluesy, and has an edge.

I’m excited to show the fans a new side of myself. ‘Turn It Down’ has a lot of soul, and I was excited at the response I got when we teased the track on TikTok. It will be fun to see where it takes us.”
