Trampled By Turtles Cover Zach Bryan’s “Late July” Ahead Of ‘Burn, Burn, Burn Tour’ Dates

If you were able to get tickets to a show on Zach Bryan’s upcoming show, then you’re in for a treat.

Not just because of how great Zach’s music is, or how good of a show he puts on, but also because of the awesome openers he has selected to join him throughout the tour. Between May 10th and August 30th, Zach has 32 shows slated across the country for the Burn, Burn, Burn Tour, and will be joined by familiar faces to the Zach Bryan world such as Charles Wesley Godwin, J.R. Carroll, and Jonathan Peyton.

But the fourth opener who will be joining Zach and Co. for the most dates on the tour, though, is a little bit more outside of the box – Trampled by Turtles. The Duluth, MN based bluegrass act, while maybe new to some of Zach’s fans, has a massive following across the country, and is well known for their spectacular live act.

If you’re going to be at one of the stops they’re playing, I highly suggest you get there in plenty of time to check them out. With nearly ten albums to their name, Trampled by Turtles has a deep catalog of amazing originals, live recordings, and even quite a few covers, and has spent 20 years at this point perfecting their craft.

And in preparation for their run with Zach, the six piece outfit took to Instagram earlier this week to share their take on Zach’s “Late July” off of American Heartbreak.

“The Zach Bryan tour starts in 2 weeks. Can’t wait. Took a stab at Zach’s “Late July” backstage in Athens, GA last week. See you soon…”

If you like their sound, here are a few more they are bound to play at some point on the tour.
