Last Friday, a deadly tornado outbreak ripped through the south, killing 27 people across seven states.

Five of those tragic deaths were in Arkansas after an EF3 tornado struck Little Rock, along with at least four other tornadoes across the state.

The storms also caused untold millions of dollars in damages, leaving homes, apartments and businesses reduced to rubble and Arkansans left with the difficult task of trying to rebuild.

And now, some of Arkansas most beloved stars are stepping up to help their home state.

The Hall, a live music and event space in downtown Little Rock, announced To Little Rock, With Love, a benefit concert that will help raise money for the city of Little Rock and surrounding areas as they begin to recover from the tornadoes.

The show will be held next Wednesday, April 12 at 8:00 pm, and is being headlined by Arkansas natives Justin Moore, Collin Raye, Heath Sanders, Matt Stell and Tyler Kinch, and other guests yet to be announced.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Central Arkansas Tornado Recovery Fund and go towards organizations helping with recovery in the area.

Said Miranda Hall, venue manager for The Hall:

“When it’s your community in need, you do whatever you can to help. A benefit concert is something we know can raise a lot of funds for a lot of people who desperately need it.”

Tickets for Wednesday’s show are available at LittleRockHall.com, but if you’re not in the area and still want to help out, donations can also be made to the fund at ARCF.org.

Gotta love the country music community, always willing to come together and step up to help out in times of need.
