Back in April, the country music world was shaken to its core after Naomi Judd passed away at the age of 76, after a lenghty battle with mental illness.

It was devastating news, as The Judds are widely known as one of the best country music duos of all-time, and Naomi’s death occurred right after they announced their final tour.

Of course, the tour was put on pause, and many were wondering if there was any chance of continuing due to the tragic situation.

However, Wynonna Judd decided it was best to honor her mother by continuing with the tour, and she kicked it off back in October, and she did it alongside Martina McBride, Brandi Carlile, Ashley McBryde, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town, Trisha Yearwood, and Faith Hill.

In fact, she’s received so much support from fans, that she’s decided to extend the tour to another 15 dates.

Wynonna made the announcement on the TODAY Show this morning, noting that The Judds: The Final Tour will be continuing in 2023.

She expressed her gratitude for all of the fans that have stuck with her during this difficult year:

“I have never felt so overwhelmed by this much love and support! The emotions that flow while listening to the different generations of fans sing back to me each night has been other-worldly.

I am so humbled by every artist that has come to sing with me on this tour. They’ve all managed to bring something so unique to The Judds music and I can say that no two shows are the same. It has been so life-giving!

The decision to add 15 more shows was a no-brainer for me. The fans have been such a gift during my time of grieving and honoring my mother in song.

What an amazing season this is. I look so forward to continuing the celebration of the music that has changed my life forever.

In my 39 years of performing, these shows have truly been some of my absolute favorite experiences ever and I look forward to making new memories with the fans and guest artists in 2023.”

Presale begins today at 10 AM local time through  the Citi Entertainment program.
