Holy moly…
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, a country music power couple since the ’90s, obviously have a lot of money. How much money you ask? Enough to buy a whole damn island in The Bahamas.
And according to new listing from Knight Frank, their private island just hit the market for a cool $35 million dollars.
According to New York Post, the island, named L’île d’Anges, was featured in an Architectural Digest cover profile in 2017.
Tim and Faith bought the 20 acre island in 2003, but reportedly didn’t move in until 2012. There property has 5,000 square feet of covered verandas and passageways that connect 8 individual ‘pods’ that make up the 6,517 square feet residence. The property also features a private dock, two beach yurts, and a swimming pool.
And apparently it was quite the undertaking to build, hence the reason for the delay in moving in:
“We set out to build a house. We had no idea we had to build everything else. We basically had to build a little town.
You’ve got to have staff houses, you’ve got to have infrastructure. You’ve got to have water, electricity. You don’t quite put all that together at first.”
It also has an additional 6,000 square feet of operational spaces including three staff houses, engineering facilities and mechanical storage.
The McGraws recently spent New Years Eve on the island.
I mean, look at this place.

No question, it’s the BEST Tim McGraw performance he’s ever delivered. The Shack? The Blindside? Friday Night Lights? None of them can hold a candle to the magic that happened when Tim took on the role of Dallas McVie.
Don’t talk to me about Tim McGraw movies until you go back and fix this.
