When it comes to bears, we typically think of massive creatures that have the ability to do some serious damage to you.
Don’t get me wrong, I would never advise anyone in a million years to approach one while out in its natural habitat, because there’s a good chance it won’t end well (especially if it’s a mama bear with her cubs).
However, there are a good many examples of how bears just like to play and chill, and at times are just “guys being dudes.”
We’ve seen a number of examples, such as the bear that leaped from someone’s back deck and slid down the bird feeder like it was a fire pole, and another that raided a cookout just because it wanted to scarf down a few burgers and wash it down with some Diet Coke.
And here we are yet again.
In this hilarious video taken by Tom McClelland, a Northern Ontario resident who is known for posting wild trail cam videos, you can see a bear sliding its back up and down a tree, almost looking like it’s dancing up and down a stripper pole.
Not to mention, the background music makes this video absolutely golden.
Of course, bears do this as a way to leave their scent and communicate with other bears, but it’s a hilarious thought to think that this one could be dancing.
