Dabo Swinney Has No Idea What The CW Network Is Ahead Of NC State Matchup: “Where Do I Go To It?”

It’s no secret that the Clemson Tigers are off to a disastrous first half of the 2023 season. The Tigers are currently 4-3, with a blowout 28-7 loss to Duke, an overtime heartbreaker to FSU in Death Valley 31-24, and an inexcusable 28-20 overtime loss to Miami and their backup quarterback.

And perhaps the most frustrating part about the Miami loss is that Clemson had a bye week the previous week, and still didn’t look ready to play come Saturday. As a Clemson fan myself, the downfall has been incredibly difficult to watch, considering we were a playoff team only three short years ago. Whether it’s a bad batch of recruits, bad play calling, or head coach Dabo Swinney’s decision to not use the transfer portal to replace the players who have transferred out of the school, it’s easy to see that Clemson is nowhere near the level they were at three years ago, and it may be a very long time before they’re back on that level again.

Regardless of what the issue is, the game between the Tigers and NC State on Saturday is setting up to be a real snooze fest in Raleigh. In fact, so much so that they’re playing at 2 PM on The CW Network. What in the world is The CW Network? Never heard of it before in my life, and apparently, neither has Dabo Swinney.

He said in a press conference:

“I have no idea what it is. I don’t even know where it’s at. Where do I go to it?”

You have to at least respect Swinney’s humor, considering this might be the worst Clemson team since 2010.
