Two new Gold records… to go right next to the all the deer trophy’s on the wall, I assume, since we’re talking about Riley Green.

He just earned two new Gold certifications from the RIAA, one for his fan-favorite single “When She Comes Home Tonight,” and one for his 2019 debut album Different ‘Round Here.

This means that they’ve both moved over 500,000 units since their respective releases a few years ago:

“When She Comes Home Tonight” was included on Riley’s breakout 2017 Outlaws Like Us EP, and was written by Riley along with Jordan Fletcher and Ryan Nelson.

One of the rarer love songs in Riley’s catalog, it’s a super sexy track about him missing a girl during the day and counting down the minutes until he sees her again when she gets off of work.

He’s said before he likes to write about heartbreak and sadness, but he’s not too bad at these kinds, either…

Different ‘Round Here was of course released four years ago with singles like “There Was This Girl,” “In Love by Now,” and “I Wish Grandpas Never Died.”

He actually just released his long-awaited sophomore studio record Ain’t My Last Rodeo a couple weeks ago, and I’m sure that one will one day go Gold as well.

Turn ’em up…
