When you think of professions former pro athletes pursue after they retire, what comes to mind?
For me, it’s a sports analyst and/or announcer, entrepreneur, podcaster, and occasionally taking up professional boxing or MMA, like former NFL defensive end Greg Hardy.
However, I must admit that “porn star” is not the first profession that comes to my mind when I think about new endeavors for former pro athletes.
But, it appears that one star NFL player has his sights dead set on being an adult film star the second he hangs up the cleats…
And it’s no other than star Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill.
Hill, who is coming off an impressive showing this past Sunday where the Dolphins hung records on the Denver Broncos by winning a mind boggling 70-20, sat down for a Fortnite Twitch session with Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans.
During the session, Evans asked Hill:
“When you retire, you will be all over, doing TV… everything.”
And that’s when Hill confessed:
“Nah, when I retire bro, I really wanna be a porn star. Dead serious. You think I got that?”
Obviously, in shock of what he just heard, Evans took a few seconds to process it and eventually responded:
“Nah… I mean whatever you want, bro.”
What an awkward pause…
If you know anything about Tyreek Hill, or ever watched a press conference, it’s pretty obvious he’s joking, but he later doubled down on the conversation saying he wanted to get into broadcasting AND do porn:
“I do wanna be a porn star, though. I could be a porn star and still work for CBS though, right?”
Mike Evans, once again with the awkward response, completely hating this conversation:
“Uhhh… I doubt it.”
