Man, Killers of the Flower Moon can’t get here quick enough.
The movie drought over the past few years has really taken its toll on me, as there hasn’t really been much to look forward to.
However, this new western movie, Killers of the Flower Moon has been on my mind since 2021.
I mean c’mon, it’s a Martin Scorsese film, who is one of the greatest filmmakers in movie history.
Not to mention, the cast is absolutely loaded with the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Brendan Fraser, Jesse Plemons, and more.
On top of that, we have some country singers making their way into the cast listing as well, including Sturgill Simpson, Randy Houser, and Jason Isbell.
Based on David Grann’s best-selling book, AppleTV+ gave a synopsis of the show, reading:
“Based on David Grann’s broadly lauded best-selling book, ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ is set in 1920s Oklahoma and depicts the serial murder of members of the oil-wealthy Osage Nation, a string of brutal crimes that came to be known as the Reign of Terror.”
