Lainey Wilson is on fire right now.

Arguably one of the biggest names in country music right now, and I think it’s safe to say the biggest female artist out there, Lainey is riding high off the success of her latest viral hit “Heart Like a Truck,” while her current single “Watermelon Moonshine” is absolutely flying up the charts.

The Queen of “Bell Bottom Country” cleaned up at the ACM Awards earlier this year, winning all four categories she was nominated in, including Album of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Music Event of the Year, and Visual Media of the Year, bringing her total to an incredible 6 ACM Awards and 2 CMA Awards in only three years since she began receiving nominations.

And since then, she’s been out on the road not only opening up for Luke Combs and Eric Church, but also packing in crowds to her own sold-out shows.

But last night might have been the biggest one yet.

The superstar drew a crowd of over 53,000 people to watch her performance at the New York State Fair, shattering the previous attendance record for the event that was set by Nelly with 43,000.

So not only did she break the record, but she blew it out of the water with 10,000 more people than the previous record.

Hell, there are a lot of artists who would be thrilled to draw 10,000 people to a show, but Lainey’s out here breaking records by that number.

Safe to say that she won’t be anybody’s opening act for much longer.
