What a duo.
Luke Combs and Riley Green teamed up for a duet of Luke’s song with Eric Church “Does To Me” during a stop at Charlotte’s Bank of America stadium on Saturday evening.
After several thunderstorms rolled through the area during the afternoon and evening, even damaging opener Lainey Wilson’s equipment leading her to perform a fully-acoustic set and also causing a long delay just minutes after Luke took the stage, it ended up being a great show for the hometown boy, Mr. Combs.
He of course ran through all of his big hits, and brought Riley back out during the concert to fill in for Eric on their aforementioned #1 hit.
The song was co-written by Luke along with Ray Fulcher and Tyler Reeve, and was the third single from Luke’s 2019 album What You See Is What You Get album.
It’s always fun to see some of your favorite artists team up for a performance, and I know they’ve been doing this one quite a bit while on tour together, but seeing it in person was so much fun.
Also, a moment of appreciation for Riley’s shirt which was a very fitting tribute to The Intimidator while in the Carolinas:
