Holy smokes…
A Rob Leines show is something you need to add to your list for the second half of 2023.
The Georgia native is not new to the music scene, as he has been releasing music since 2018, but I just went to my first show of his at The Basement in Nashville, Tennessee, and it absolutely blew me away. His signature blend of country and southern rock results in a rock n’ roll honky tonk rock show like no other.
Think of the swagger of Mike and the Moonpies, but the energy of Whiskey Myers… not a bad combo if you ask me.
You would think that with only three band members, the show would be lacking something, but three was all it took to fire up the rowdy crowd.
While you normally need to see a show to really understand, his latest music video for “Rock N Roll Honkytonk Life” actually depicts one of their shows pretty well.

And it looks like we’ll get some new music pretty soon as Rob teased on his Instagram the song, “Double Wide Dreams”.
And while it looks like his summer tour is wrapping up, get excited to see where he’ll be playing next this fall.
In the meantime, you can check his music and those similar on Whiskey Riff’s ‘Honkytonk Heaters’ playlist available on both Spotify and Apple Music.
