On the big stage.

This morning, Miranda Lambert took to Instagram to share exciting news about her new single with Leon Bridges, “If You Were Mine.”

“CMA Fest, we’re coming for y’all!”

She captions an Instagram video letting fans know that Bridges will be stepping out on the Nissan Stadium stage with her Friday night, June 9th.

They are debuting the single for a live audience in a big way. No bigger country music festival than CMA Fest and no bigger audience than a packed Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.

After dropping the single last week, fans have been swooning over the Texas duo.

Lambert also shared in a clip right after releasing the song that she crafted the lyrics for Leon Bridges to be the male duet when it was being written. We would not be enjoying it today if he hadn’t agreed to cut the song with her.

“If You Were Mine” is out now. I wrote this song with Telemitry and Ashley Monroe specifically for Leon Bridges. If he hadn’t wanted to cut it, I wouldn’t have released it.

So glad he said yes and that it’s here.”

Lambert’s first release since leaving Sony has been a massive success, and I believe that taking this single to CMA Fest is a good move on her part.

If you are attending the Nissan portion of CMA Fest Friday night, y’all are in for a treat.

If you haven’t listened to the single yet, give it a listen below.
