I already love this one.

Yesterday, Morgan Wade announced that her sophomore studio album Psychopath will be out everywhere on August 25th.

And it sounds like we’ll get to hear the first song in less than 24 hours, as she teased that the title track, “Psychopath,” is dropping tomorrow.

She shared a teaser on Instagram earlier with a bit of the studio cut playing in the background as she poured a cup of coffee, saying:

“Let’s see your coffee black tomorrow morning.”

Morgan previously said that the material on the new record is very personal and true to who she is, adding that “it showcases where I am at this moment in time,” and “I have no choice but to be authentic”:

“Regardless of what people say about Psychopath, I’m proud because I feel like it showcases where I am at this moment in time. I have no choice but to be authentic.

And I have to feel what I feel. And right now, I’m really feeling the music. It’s been a long time coming, but I’m so excited to finally tell y’all that my next album is done!

‘Psychopath’ is the title of my sophomore project and it’s officially out August 25th.”

She debuted one of the songs on the tracklist called “Want” at The Ryman last month with the great Ashley Monroe, which they performed alongside Morgan’s producer Sadler Vaden:

Morgan was also recently featured on EDM/pop producer Diplo’s Diplo Presents Thomas Wesley: Chapter 2 – Swamp Savant project on a song called “Never Die”:
