Add another trophy to the case.

Morgan Wallen won the ACM Award for Male Artist of the Year at tonight’s 58th Annual ACM Awards – but he wasn’t there to accept it.

Of course Morgan had to cancel his appearance at this year’s show after being ordered by his doctors to go on vocal rest for six weeks, forcing him to postpone not only his performance at the ACM Awards but all 12 shows on his sold-out One Night At A Time tour.

The win is Morgan’s second career ACM Award, after taking home the Album of the Year trophy last year for his Dangerous: The Double Album.

During the show, Morgan announced rescheduled dates for 10 of the 12 shows that he was forced to postpone, so luckily for Morgan Wallen fans it sounds like he’s on track and will be back out on the road as soon as his vocal rest is over.
