Cody Canada & Randy Rogers Are Sending Their New Version Of Cross Canadian Ragweed’s “Again” To Radio

When it comes to red dirt country rock, Cross Canadian Ragweed were the godfathers.

Nearly two decades ago, Cross Canadian Ragweed dropped their smash album Soul Gravy, featuring a number of their biggest hits like “Lonely Girl,” “Again,” “Sick And Tired,” and a reimagined version of one of their biggest hits, “Alabama.”

Last year, Cody Canada & the Departed released a revamped version of  Soul Gravy, featuring covers of all the songs on the original album.

Of course, the reboot album features “Again,” which was co-written by Canada and Texas country powerhouse Randy Rogers. And this version featured his co-writer Rogers singing on the track as well.

And now it’s headed to radio.

Canada weighed in on the new version of the song, and expressed his excitement on sending it to radio:

“Randy and I wrote two songs in one night, this is one of them. I am honored to have this song on the radio ‘again’ after 18 years.”

This is truly a full circle moment, as the guys who wrote this smash hit are joining forces once again, and bringing it to radio along with them.

Catch me spinning these all day long:
