Passengers On Frontier Flight “Vote” Turbulent Flier Off The Plane In New Jersey

Flight interruption

Airline travel has been a headache in recent years, and it makes it even worse if you have a plane full of fighting passengers.

Viral, chaotic videos from planes are a dime a dozen, but this is the first time that I’ve seen passengers take a vote Survivor style to effectively kick someone else off the plane.

The whole thing was caught on TikTok by a user in a three part video, which has garnered over 13 million views on TikTok alone. The Frontier flight was just about to leave Trenton, New Jersey for Atlanta, Georgia when the verbal altercation started.

The first video shows one passenger who is screaming at another telling her to “mind her own f***ing business” in defense of what looks to be her significant other. When “Part 1” picks up, it appears that one man has already been told to exit the plane, and his partner is not happy about it.

She shouts out “did he do any thing wrong?” to which someone yells back “you are f***ing holding us on the g**damn plane.”

The lady screaming in black seems to have it out for the woman with glasses on top of her head. A flight attendant (who you have to assume was thinking “I don’t get paid enough for this”) finally enters into the confrontation to tell the irate passenger that she too will have to exit the plane.

The man who was being thrown out initially strangely goes back to the woman with glasses on her head and throws money at her, to which many other passengers laugh off and say “it’s all ones.” The voting doesn’t happen in “Part 1,” but you’ll still need to watch it for context for the following two videos:

Yikes. Frontier gets a bad wrap, and this certainly doesn’t help the cause.

“Part 2” of the TikTok saga is where things really start to get interesting, and we get to meet another main character in the proceedings. Many passengers are leaning on the “think of the children” perspective when asking for their cabin mates to refrain from fighting and cussing, and that’s when “red shirt guy” comes in.

If the red shirt description doesn’t clear it up for you, he is the one that throws out the word “bro” over and over again. He also makes a pretty legendary statement when he says:

“Nah this is literally American culture concocted into one airplane, if everyone would really be about everybody as a collective whole, everybody would work together.”

Red shirt guy for President?

I only say that because he is the one that really believes in democracy and calls upon the good old fashioned voting system in “Part 3” of the TikTok series. You’ll have to watch “Part 2” to see red shirt guy really come into form:

The hostility continues, and as the first couple who caused problems is exiting the plane, red shirt guy steps in to try and get “glasses on head” lady who was yelling earlier thrown off the plane as well. Red shirt guy calls for a flight attendant and says:

“We’ve got about 40 or 50 people here that would like her removed from the flight. If you want her removed from the flight, please raise your hand.”

Hands immediately start shooting up in the surrounding seats, but red shirt guy knows that a true democracy needs to allow for all people to have their voices heard and shouts:

“I’m not even kidding, if you can hear me, raise your hand if you want her removed from the flight.”

More hands are added to the total count, and just like that, the glasses on head lady is asked to leave the plane, which she is not too happy about.

In a time where many have said democracy is in shambles, a group of tired plane goers came together from literally both sides of the aisle and came to a vote.

Watch the epic finale of the “Plane Vote” below, and remember to sit back, relax, and enjoy your flight:

Not to extend this article, but the woman who was intially yelling for the other passenger to “mind her own f***ing business” is now threatening to sue the TikToker who posted the video for defamation…
