Great White Shark Snags A Striped Bass That A Man Nearly Has In The Boat

I bet that made everyone’s heart jump.

Oh, the joys of fishing. Really, the joy of the unknown. You never really know what’s going to happen when you’re out on the water, especially in the deep blue.

That’s what keeps people running back, the unexpected memorable experiences just like this here.

Great white sharks are enormous creatures. On average, adult males can reach lengths of 11 to 13 feet, while females can grow even larger, reaching lengths of up to 20 feet. The average weight of an adult great white shark is around 1,500 to 2,400 pounds. Great white sharks are known for their swimming speeds, which can reach up to 25 miles per hour.

Great white sharks are apex predators, meaning they sit at the top of the food chain in the ocean. Their diet consists of other marine animals, including fish, sea lions, seals, dolphins and even other sharks. Great white sharks have been known to hunt and eat animals as large as whales.

Sharks are known to come to fishing boats, they are believed to associate them with easy food, from the incoming fishing and any scraps thrown overboard.

Striped bass are a popular game fish found in coastal waters along the eastern seaboard of North America. Striped bass can grow to be quite large, with adult fish typically measuring around 20 to 30 inches in length and weighing up to 30 pounds. Some striped bass have been known to grow up to 6 feet in length and weigh over 100 pounds.

This man was reeling in a beauty stripper as they were out for a day of fishing on the ocean. As he gets the bass nearly to the boat, a great white comes out of nowhere and attacks the striper, taking it right off the line.

It would be hard to even be mad there. It is just so amazing.
