Fans Demand A Refund After Kevin Costner & Yellowstone Cast Were No-Shows At PaleyFest

Yellowstone Kevin Costner

Not good…

Amid the rumor circulating about the fallout between Kevin Costner (John Dutton) and Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan, a “no-show” at a festival doesn’t sound like it bodes well for the future of the working relationship.

According to Deadline, Costner, Sheridan and the rest of the cast, including Kelly Reilly, Cole Hauser, Luke Grimes, Kelsey Asbille, Wes Bentley, Gil Birmingham and Jacki Weaver, and more were expected to make an appearance at PaleyFest in Los Angeles yesterday for a panel session, but… they didn’t show up.

After a screening of Season 5, Episode 7, fans were then told by a festival rep that the panel lineup had changed because of “scheduling conflicts.”

And needless to say, fans were PISSED.

With so much uncertainty surrounding the show right now, fans traveled across the country, paid a lot of money, and gave their time to a festival that didn’t offer the folks on the bill. Not to mention, notice was given at the last minute…

The new lineup included actors Mo Brings Plenty (Mo), Dawn Olivieri (Sarah Atwood), Josh Lucas (younger John Dutton) and Wendy Moniz (Lynelle Perry).

The only good news is that Keith Cox, President of Scripted at MTV Entertainment Studios, announced that he was “very confident” that Costner would be in the next season and that it would be “will be phenomenal. I am confident.”

We’ll see…

Folks took to Twitter to demand a refund for the disappointing lineup:
