Man, what has this world come to?
You ever wonder why there are signs around saltwater ponds, swamps, etc. that read:
“WARNING: ALLIGATORS”
Well if you don’t know, it’s because those creatures will rip you to shreds if you get close enough to the point where they feel threatened. And sometimes, they’ll even attack when you can’t even see them, just like that 85-year-old woman who passed away in Florida while walking her dog alongside a pond in her neighborhood.
Seriously, alligators are not meant to be messed with, and you should be cautious of them at all times, no matter how “cool” you think they may look.
But for these bozos right here, they’re treating alligators like a pony in a petting zoo.
Although the exact location has not been disclosed, you can already imagine which state it went down in…
Yep, you guessed it. The good ol’ Sunshine State of Florida.
As you can see in the video, you have a man and a woman sitting in a river, and hand feeding gators as they approach them.
WHAT?
How could they think this is a good idea? Don’t they realize that they’re a much larger and fulfilling meal for the gators than the tiny bits of food they’re handing to them?
Of course, you can see what appears to be some kind of beer sitting on a rock right near where the two are sitting, so there was probably some liquid courage involved in this one.
And for the guy feeding the gator, he runs a TikTok account @daddyog1, where he shares videos of his airboat adventures.
Considering he’s an airboat enthusiast, he’s probably had a lot of experience with alligators, but when we’re talking about hand feeding them?
That’s a whole new ballgame.
