Nicholas Jamerson Releases Fan Favorite “Holler Child,” From Upcoming Album ‘Peace Mountain’

Nicholas Jamerson

One of the most prolific artists of late, Nicholas Jamerson is back with his latest single “Holler Child.”

The fifth single off of his upcoming record Peace Mountain, “Holler Child” is the latest installment in what is shaping up to be an absolutely stellar project.

In classic Jamerson fashion, “Holler Child” is a catchy tune with clever lyricism and imagery that’ll make you picture a time, place, and people that you’ve never even experienced.

And it’s well worth the listen.

An acoustic version was released about a year ago:

Jamerson, who is also one of the founding members of legendary Appalachian duo Sundy Best alongside Kristofer Lee Bentley, is also fresh off the February 3rd release of their latest record Feel Good Country.

Leaders in the region’s country music scene for over a decade now, Sundy Best gained a large independent following throughout the 2010s before taking a brief break from 2018-2020. Their fifth album and first album since 2016’s classic Almar Sky, Feel Good Country was long awaited and has been extremely well received with ten tracks highlighted by songs like “Walk by Faith” and “Above Ground.”

But as if that isn’t enough, Jamerson is set to release his fifth album Peace Mountain on May 19th of this year. And if the singles he’s already released are any indication, this one can’t come soon enough.

Peace Mountain Tracklist:
