This hawk did not enjoy being the day’s entertainment…
A hilarious video from Melbourne, Australia shows a family having a nice BBQ next to the Yarra River.
A beautiful day, right? Get some fresh air, spend time with each other, fresh shrimp on the barbie, maybe see some wildlife, what else could you want?
Seemed to be the perfect day, when all of a sudden a hawk started making some passes over the water right in front of them and kept moving closer with every swoop.
Turns out, there was a snake on the other side of the path they were next to and the hawk was eyeing it up. It made its move, much to the amazement of those looking at him, but here’s where things went downhill…
The hawk decides it’s not hungry anymore and turns against the nice family watching him, flying right over the top of them and tossing the snake right at the family.
I mean, can you imagine? Snake on the ground suck, but flying through the air? No thank you.
No one was hurt, thankfully, and it was all captured on camera or very few people would believe them.
Gotta always keep your head on a swivel.
