Tom Brady has been on one roller coaster of a ride the past few months.
After coming out of retirement, the famed quarterback and his wife of 13 years, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, got into a massive argument after Brady initially promised to retire and focus on the family, and it ultimately resulted in the two getting a divorce.
Then he had one of the most up and down seasons of his career, where the Buccaneers squeaked by with a division win, but ultimately lost in the first round of the playoffs to the Dallas Cowboys.
There was also a rumor going around that he was dating 26-year-old Slovakian model Veronika Rajek, although those rumors were never confirmed.
And last week, he officially announced his retirement, taking to social media to share a heartfelt message to fans:
“I’ll get to the point right away… I’m retiring for good.
I know the process was a pretty big deal last time, so when I woke up this morning, I figured I’d just press record and let you guys know first. I won’t be long-winded, you only get one super emotional essay and I used mine up last year.
Thank you guys so much, to every single one of you for supporting me… my family, my friends, my teammates, competitors… thank you guys for allowing me to live my absolute dream, I wouldn’t change a thing.
I love you all.”
Now, the future Hall of Famer will be joining FOX Sports as a lead analyst for next season. However, until then, the guy has a lot of time on his hands.
This past summer, Brady quote tweeted a tweet from the Brady Brand, a major underwear company.
He said:
“40k likes and I’ll recreate these photos. Unrelated but can you guys send me some more of the socks”
And Brady Brand was sure to remind the former QB that the bet was still on:
“Hey Tom Brady we haven’t forgotten about this.”
So, Brady was sure to stay true to his promise, and posted a little thirst trap on social media, and called out Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski while he was at it:
“Did I do it right?”
Looks like ol’ Tom may be pursuing some modeling ventures now that he’s off the gridiron?
