The Grammy Awards… one of the biggest nights for the music industry.

Although many genres are represented throughout the award show, country music artists ensure their presence is known.

Throughout history, phenomenal artists like Emmylou Harris, Vince Gill, Chris Stapleton, The Chicks, and many others are multi-Grammy Award winners, ensuring the genre is well represented in the larger music space.

Outside of anticipating which artists’ nominations will turn into awards, I live for seeing the outfits that appear on the red carpet.

This year’s red carpet did not disappoint.

Shania Twain made sure to make a statement in a black and white flare plant suit with an over-the-top matching hat.

The sequined number was paired with red hair, ensuring no one missed her on the carpet.

Other standouts include Ashley McBryde’s sleek black ball gown, and Kacey Musgraves’ pink feathered cape and jumpsuit that screamed everything girly and fun.

Miranda Lambert stepped out on the carpet after her engagement in a beautiful silver fringe gown.

Kacey Musgraves:

Clearly, we are not Vogue writers here at Whiskey Riff, so if you are looking for details of every designer, you’re at the wrong place.

But the point is… the women and men of country music know how to clean up and put together a show-stopping award show look.
