Veronika Rajek, the 26-year-old Slovakian model who is a big time admirer of Tom Brady, has made some wild headlines here lately.
Her first claim to fame was when she proclaimed her love for Brady on Instagram:
“I saw the LEGEND, and if somebody asks me again if I love Brady, yes I love him, and show me somebody who doesn’t.
Even his haters love him because they know he is the (GOAT) Tom Brady thank you for an amazing show”
I mean c’mon, we’re talking about the girl who straight up said her body is too dangerous for social media:
“My body is considered a danger on social media, and I am constantly being cancelled by trolls for doing absolutely nothing but sharing photos of my body.”
It truly is a tough life, I’ll tell ya what…
She also claimed that she got her “big natural breasts” from drinking her dad’s beer:
“I didn’t have big breasts when I was younger because I was doing track and field for eight years. But one summer I was sunbathing, like naked, and I drank my father’s beer and I think they grew out like this.
If you want to have big breasts, drink beer at a young age. In Europe it’s normal, I know in the US it’s not allowed. In Europe, it’s not a big deal.”
And in her latest wild headline, apparently she eats less than 10 different meals… A YEAR.
Following her latest Instagram posts, she received a number of DMs and comments with fans sharing concern for her health. Essentially, people were worried that she may have an easting disorder.
That’s when she shared a series of Instagram stories explaining her “picky” diet:
“My last picture, with my super skinny body, made emotion in a few people, ok maybe more than a few people. No I do not have a food disorder. I eat normally. I’m just a super picky person. Everybody who knows me, they know it’s really hard with me to go to a restaurant because it’s really hard to impress me with food.
Also, I eat only five or six meals all year long, not because I’m on a special diet, but because I don’t like the taste of other food. I don’t like fish, I don’t like seafood, I don’t like oysters. I don’t eat a lot of meat.
People who know me and they’re my friends, they know I’m running on the sugar and maybe it’s not healthy, but my body is healthy and I love it. So you don’t need to be afraid for my health. I’m totally fine.”
At first glance, it sounds like she only eats 5-6 meals ALL YEAR, which… would essentially mean you’re starving yourself. But what I think she means is that there is really only 5 or 6 DIFFERENT things that she’ll eat.
She confirmed this in another interview with The Sun, where she detailed her diet and fitness plan:
“I cannot share my secret, I don’t have a diet… I only eat like five or six foods all year long.
I only eat like Greek salads, tomato soup, grapes with Nutella and strawberries, spaghetti, and some Slovak food.”
So, if you want the secret to her super model body? There’s only a few items you need to pick up from the grocery store. And then you know… work out every single day.
“It’s normal because I work out six times per week, not because I want to be skinnier, I just love to do it.
Nothing’s wrong on this, please respect it that I just love to move because my old childhood was about sport and my high school was about sport and my whole life will always be about sport. I’m not a professional athlete but this is my lifestyle.”
