Country music will be very well-represented at the 2023 Grammy Awards.

Nominees Luke Combs and Brandi Carlile are set to take the stage, along with Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blige, Steve Lacy, Lizzo, Kim Petras, and Sam Smith, who were all just announced as the first round of performers.

Luke shared the news in a post on Instagram, along with his hit “Doin’ This” playing in the background, though I’d venture to guess he’s much more likely to play his current single, “Going, Going, Gone”:

“I’m excited to announce I’ll be performing on the @recordingacademy’s #GRAMMYs on Sunday, Feb. 5 at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT on @cbstv! Y’all tune in!!”

Luke is up for three nominations this year, including Best Country Duo/Group Performance for “Outrunnin’ Your Memory” with Miranda Lambert, Best Country Song for “Doin’ This,” and Best Country Album  for his 2022 record Growin’ Up.

Six-time GRAMMY winner Brandi Carlile is nominated for seven Grammy’s this year, incluing Record Of The Year for “You And Me On The Rock”, Album Of The Year for In These Silent Days, Best Rock Performance  for “Broken Horses”, Best Rock Song for “Broken Horses”, Best Americana Performance for “You And Me On The Rock”, Best American Roots Song for “You And Me On The Rock”, and Best Americana Album for In These Silent Days.

Luke is also gearing up to release a brand new album on March 24th, which many are speculating will be titled Gettin’ Old, and he’s dropping the lead single “Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old” this Friday.

“Going, Going, Gone”

The show will take place on February 5th at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, airing live on CBS at 8pm ET.
