Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid Is JACKED To Be Playing In Germany: “I Look Forward To Getting A Bratwurst”

Andy Reid Chiefs

It’s no secret that Andy Reid has emerged as arguably the best current coach in the NFL.

Of course, the guy had a ton of success with the Philadelphia Eagles, taking them to five NFC championship games and one Super Bowl that they lost.

However, his time in Kansas City has been nothing short of incredible, turning around a bottom feeder franchise and turning them into Super Bowl contenders year in and year out, ever since he arrived in 2013.

And I mean, having Patrick Mahomes as your starting quarterback definitely helps, but Reid has had success just about everywhere he’s been.

It’s also no secret that the man loves to eat.

Yesterday, he was asked about his thoughts on playing a game next season in Germany, as the NFL has made the effort to play more games overseas to grow the game across the world.

And Reid’s response?

“I look forward to getting a bratwurst.”

That’s a power move right there.

He could’ve gone with some kinda sappy answer, and said:

“Oh we’re really looking forward to playing in front of our fans in a completely different country, who’ve never seen us play in person before.”

But nah, he went with the most genuine, hilarious answer he could’ve thought of.

And needless to say, the folks on Twitter are loving it:
