Salvage Sessions after dark…

Ernest just released a brand new live performance video of “Feet Wanna Run,” a song from his 2022 Flower Shops record.

A co-write by Ernest along with Chris LaCorte, Brad Warren and Brett Warren, he sings about being torn in staying in a relationship or leaving, and describes it beautifully like so:

“There’s two lanes on the highwayOne goes east and one goes westShe sits prayin’ on the sunrise, I’m outrunnin’ demonsChasin’ that sunset, and I can’t seem to letGo of her or that smokin’ gun‘Cause my heart wants to stayBut my feet wanna run”

This is the third installment of the Salvage Sessions so far, which has also included performances of “Songs We Used To Sing” and “Comfortable When I’m Crazy.”

Ernest is gearing up to release Flower Shops (The Album): Two Dozen Roses’ Deluxe Record on February 10th, and the tracklist will feature 24 songs in total, with Ernest being a co-writer on each one.

This was easily one of my favorite songs from the record, too, so make sure you check it out:
