And it’s that he bleeds burnt orange and white, the colors of his college, the University of Texas.

He’s also even been a guest picker on College Football GameDay when the GameDay crew came to Austin, Texas.

Needless to say, he’s passionate about his Longhorns, and that will be something that never changes.

But speaking of hype videos, he’s back in the game once again, creating a hype video for the Texas men’s basketball team right in time for college basketball season.

Although most of the hype videos he’s been apart of consists of him giving a speech that will have you ready to run through a brick wall, he decided to spice things up a bit with this one…

We’re talking about a full band gospel song, that will have you wishing you were testifying on the front pew of a church, no matter who you are.

Filled with a full band, from the horns, guitar, and a number of backup singers inside a lighted studio, McConaughey delivers some words of inspiration to the 2022-2023 Texas men’s basketball team, and it’ll fire you up in a heartbeat.
